The laboratory at the Technical Centre of Estonian Roads now performs a test measuring adhesion between emulsion and aggregate:
- EVS-EN 13614 Determination of adhesivity of bituminous emulsions by water immersion test.
Adhesion is measured using both of the methods in the standard:
- Determination of immediate adhesivity.
- Water effect on binder adhesion
